We had a delicious time on McRib Day! St. Joseph Mayor Bill McMurray proclaimed Oct. 25th as McRib Day and crowned the official Mr. and Mrs. McRib. We had live music, a photo booth, and of course, McRibs! ‘Tis the tasty season.
